THE ROGUE STANDARD

PRECISION ENGINEERING & PLACEMENT

When it comes to new concrete installation, the difference is in the prep work. At Gone Rogue, we don't just pour mud; we engineer surfaces designed to withstand heavy loads, seasonal shifts, and high-traffic wear. From reinforced structural slabs to decorative pathways, our process ensures maximum PSI strength and a level finish every time.

Serving both residential and industrial sectors, we utilize advanced vibration and screeding techniques to eliminate air pockets and weak spots. Whether you are expanding a warehouse floor or pouring a custom driveway, our team delivers the durability of industrial-grade concrete with the aesthetic precision of a custom build.

CONCRETE INSTALL F.A.Q.

How much does a new concrete driveway cost per square foot?
Pricing varies based on thickness (4" vs 6"), reinforcement type, and site accessibility. Reach out to us and we will provide you a detailed proposal outlining cost, scope and all materials within 24 hours..
How long before I can walk or drive on new concrete?
While you can walk on it after 24 hours, we recommend at least 7 days before vehicle traffic to allow the slab to reach its structural PSI requirements. For heavy machinery or trucks, 28 days is the standard for full cure strength.
Do you handle the excavation and site prep?
Absolutely. Every rogue install includes site grading, sub-base compaction, and reinforcement (rebar/mesh). Most concrete failures are caused by poor ground prep—we ensure your foundation is non-yielding before the first yard of concrete is poured.
How do you prevent concrete from cracking?
All concrete will eventually shrink, but we control where it happens. We use precision-cut control joints at calculated intervals to manage stress. Additionally, our use of high-strength fiber mesh and rebar significantly increases the slab's structural integrity.
What is the best time of year for a concrete pour?
Concrete can be poured year-round, but we monitor humidity and temperature closely. In high heat, we use retarders; in cold weather, we utilize heaters and blankets to ensure the curing process reaches the required structural strength.
Do I need a permit for my project?
Permit requirements vary by municipality and project scope (such as structural footings vs. a simple patio). We can guide you through the local bylaws and provide the technical specifications your city may require for the approval process.
Does my new concrete need to be sealed?
We highly recommend it. A high-quality penetrating sealer protects your investment from salt damage, oil stains, and UV fading. We offer various finishing options—from matte to high-gloss—that help extend the lifespan of your concrete by years.
Why choose Gone Rogue over a general contractor?
We are concrete specialists, not generalists. We own our excavation equipment and finishing tools, meaning you get a direct line to the experts doing the work. We focus on industrial-grade standards for residential projects.
