FAQ

We know getting new floors is a big decision. Here are the most common questions our customers ask and the answers you need to feel confident about choosing Gone Rogue Epoxy. Don't see an answer to your question? Feel free to email us or give us a call!

How much does epoxy flooring cost?

Every installation is unique. Pricing depends on the surface condition, square footage and type of finish you choose. We offer free quotes with no obligation, just reach out and we’ll break it down for you.

Most projects are completed in just 2-3 days. Our process isn’t rushed like other companies, we are meticulous with our preparation to insure our installations are resistant to moisture, climate and heavy foot traffic guaranteeing you have a high quality durable finish that will exceed your expectations.

No. We use industrial-grade epoxy with an MVB base coat and UV protection to prevent moisture issues, yellowing, peeling or cracking.

Epoxy floors are not slippery by default — they’re about the same as regular concrete when dry. Because epoxy creates a smooth, sealed surface, it can feel slick when wet, just like concrete or tile. To add extra safety and traction, slip-resistant additives can be added during installation, such as flakes, quartz, or grit, making the floor both durable and practical.

We offer a range of custom finishes through our supplier including  flake, quartz, metallic, transparent and solid-color epoxy. We’ll help you find the right look for your space, if our supplier does not have what you are looking for, we can order custom epoxy and flake colours for your own preferences.

Epoxy outperforms tile, vinyl, and bare concrete in durability, maintenance, and style. It’s built to last 10–20+ years and boosts property value.

Most floors are ready for light foot traffic within 24 hours and full vehicle traffic within 72 hours, depending on the system.

Where can epoxy be installed?

Anywhere you need a durable, seamless surface: garages, basements, patios, pool surrounds, driveways, retail stores, warehouses, gyms and more.

Yes. With the right prep (grinding, patching, leveling), we can install epoxy over most existing concrete, even if it’s cracked or stained.

Yes! That is one of the top reasons people choose to go with an epoxy finish floor. It’s water, UV and chemical resistant and requires very minimal upkeep and makes cleaning extremely easy.

Proper prep is everything. We grind the surface with high end professional walk behind and hand grinders, remove all dust from the site, fill in any pitting and divots with a high quality crack filling service, re grind the surfaces completely flat and again remove any dust from work site before laying any product to insure we have the best bond available with the concrete.
